At Churrería Castellana, we aim to bring one of Spain’s most iconic culinary traditions to Switzerland. Our inspiration stems from the historic churrerías of Castile, especially in the provinces of Valladolid and Palencia, where churros and porras have been part of popular culture for generations.

There, enjoying freshly made churros for breakfast or an afternoon snack accompanied by thick hot chocolate is much more than a custom: it is a moment to share with family and friends, a tradition passed down from parents to children that remains alive in squares, markets, and artisanal churrerías.
